Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation, located in New Hyde Park, NY, is seeking an experienced, reliable and highly motivated RN Clinical Operations Supervisor to join our dedicated team of professionals in Nursing-Clinical Operations on the Evening shift
.
The Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation, conveniently located on the Queens-Nassau County border in New Hyde Park, New York, is a non-profit health care facility that offers short term rehabilitation, sub-acute care and nursing home care, as well as community-based health care' encompassing adult day health care, home health care, and a hospice program that serves terminally ill patients in their own homes or in nursing facilities, including Parker's nursing home.

Supervise delivery of clinical care and related services.
Monitor compliance with applicable policies, procedures, standards and regulations.
Provide staff support as needed.
Conduct investigations and inform management of complaints, concerns and occurrences.
As requested, participate in planning and conducting in-service education programs, as needed.
New York State RN license
Bachelor's Degree in nursing or related area
Previous experience as an RN in a subacute and/or long term care facility
Previous experience as an RN supervisor
