Practice Setting Acute Care Hospital Adult Level III/IV Trauma Center Inpatient anesthesia Rural critical access setting Average patient volume: 1015 cases per day EMR:
Epic Clinical Responsibilities General anesthesia OB anesthesia Epidurals Surgical scheduling May involve CRNA supervision Must be comfortable practicing in a rural critical access setting

Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible CRNA Active New York license required Epic experience required BLS, ACLS, and PALS (AHA or RQI) Residents and Fellows will not be considered

Credentialing Emergency privileges available

Additional Information Agency-branded CV required at submission Work history must be current with no gaps greater than 30 days Provider statement required for any malpractice history, including dismissed cases"
