Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full Time

Finger Lakes Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Life Care in Seneca Falls. The LPN provides high-quality, resident-centered care in a long-term care setting while supporting our mission to improve the health and well-being of the communities we serve.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policies
• Observe, document, and report changes in residents' conditions
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support individualized care plans
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and Finger Lakes Health regulations
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record
• Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents and families

Qualifications:

• Current New York State LPN license in good standing
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Commitment to resident-focused, compassionate care
