Salary: $34.48 – $37.92 per hour + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Staten Island Care Center is seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our clinical team. As an LPN, you will play a key role in supporting residents’ health, comfort, and overall well-being while collaborating with an experienced healthcare team.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Order medications, supplies, and equipment as needed

• Provide wound care and perform nursing procedures with precision and compassion

• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions

• Accurately document all observations, interventions, and outcomes

• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and facility policies

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

• Support residents and families with respectful, person-centered care

• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment

• Active and valid LPN license in the State of New York

• Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred

• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
