As a Nursing Home Concierge, you will:

• Greet and interact with residents, families, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide assistance with scheduling appointments, transportation, and other resident needs
• Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate resident requests and concerns
• Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure seamless communication
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement resident-centered care plans
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously enhance the resident experience
• Build strong relationships and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., nursing, hospitality) or relevant work experience a plus
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a keen attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
