Staff Genius, a female-owned and operated healthcare staffing agency, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for a highly respected 200-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn, NY (11214).

• $70.00/hour
• Full-time overnight schedule
• Stable 11:00 PM–7:00 AM shift
• Consistent schedule with every other weekend
• Start immediately
• 3-month contract

• Supervise nursing staff during overnight operations
• Ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance
• Provide clinical leadership and support to nurses and CNAs
• Respond to resident concerns, admissions, transfers, and emergencies
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely
• Maintain compliance with New York State and facility policies

• Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Minimum 1 year of RN Supervisor experience while working through a staffing agency
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and clinical decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to begin work immediately

Candidates must be able to provide all required onboarding documents for immediate placement, including applicable items such as:

• Active NY RN License
• Government-issued photo
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Physical and health clearance
• TB screening/testing
• MMR, Varicella, and other required immunization documentation
• COVID documentation if required by facility
• Any additional documentation required for employment in a New York skilled nursing facility
