Pay
: (Weekly; Every Thursday via Direct Deposit)
Work Period: Sunday through Saturday
Openings

Part-Time – Saturdays only (1x/week) - 1 Opening for Weekends Only or Every Other Weekend | 3 PM – 11 PM
- Part-Time | 11 PM – 7 AM
- Per-Diem | All Shifts
Your Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the nursing staff, promoting high standards of clinical practice.
- Conduct patient assessments and ensure the implementation of care plans tailored to meet individual needs.
- Facilitate effective communication with medical staff and families regarding patient care plans and progress.
- Lead incident investigations and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and care quality.
- Manage staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Provide training and orientation for new nursing staff, fostering their professional development.

Qualifications:- Active RN license in the state of [NY].
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience
, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred. - Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities is a plus.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is beneficial.
