The Registered Nurse in the Mother/Baby unit provides patient care with a focus on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This role is ideal for compassionate nurses who thrive in a collaborative, interdisciplinary healthcare environment.

• Demonstrate understanding of organizational goals related to quality and safety performance improvement.
• Collect, assess, and document patient healthcare data.
• Involve patient/family and interdisciplinary team to identify a realistic and measurable plan of care.
• Prioritize care based on collected data.
• Document assessment and reassessment in medical records.
• Implement interventions in a safe, timely, and appropriate manner.
• Educate the patient/family regarding health status and established plan of care.
• Evaluate the patient's progress towards expected outcomes.
• Participate in unit activities to provide patient care in a healing environment.
• Comply with professional standards and regulations.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution required
