• NY License
• Seven (7) years of experience is required Five (5) of which were in a supervisory role
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accreditated Nursing Program
• Masters degree in Nursing
• Primary Source Verification of License and Registration of Registered Professional Nurse from NYS Department of Education (NYSED)
• BLS

• Assistant DON
  - Must have MED/SURG experience
