Our client is a well-established Licensed Home Care Services Agency / LHCSA
based in Rockland Co, NY. They are looking to add a QA Nurse to help oversee their quality and staff education initiatives. This is a hybrid in-office position that will require visits to other sites in the Lower Hudson Valley area. A Registered Nurseis required with strong clinical quality and training/staff development experience. Home Health (CHHA) or Private Duty Home Care (LHCSA) experience is strongly preferred.

Those with Long Term Care (LTC) Managed care experience may be considered.

• Home Health (CHHA) or Private Duty Home Care (LHCSA) quality & staff education experience.
• Registered Nurse with NY license.
• Knowledge of NY Medicaid programs including NHTD or TBI Waiver Program, and UAS documentation preferred.
• CHAP experience a plus.

• Review documentation for quality and compliance.
• Participate in surveys, survey readiness & audits.
• Visit other sites to review quality measures and educate teams.
• Train and orient nurses and aides.
