Nurse Practitioner - Pain Management

Pay: $85.00 - $100.00/hr

Rockwell Health Center's pain management program treats musculoskeletal injuries and chronic pain through non-opioid, regenerative medicine: shock wave therapy, laser therapy, Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), Hyaluronic Acid (HA) injections, and Prolotherapy. We are hiring a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join the clinical team across our Astoria and Red Hook locations. This role starts part-time with the opportunity to grow into full-time as the program expands.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal injuries and sports-related conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans for pain management and rehabilitation.
• Perform trigger point injections, joint injections, Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy, and ultrasound-guided treatments.
• Collaborate with pain management specialists and physical therapists.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance enhancement.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience with trigger point injections, joint injections, and ultrasound-guided procedures.
• Not excluded or barred from Medicare or Medicaid billing.
• Able to work across both our Astoria, Queens and Red Hook, Brooklyn locations.
• Strong patient communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred skills

• Experience in pain management or regenerative medicine.
• Open to transitioning to full-time as the program grows.
