CNA - Long Term Care/SNF

Join a Long-Term Care (LTC) team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 4-week assignment working 8-hour night shifts. The CNA will provide direct resident care and support nursing staff in delivering safe, compassionate, and high-quality care within a long-term care environment. This role requires prior LTC experience, strong patient care skills, and the ability to work effectively with residents who require ongoing assistance with daily living activities.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, ambulation, and repositioning; obtaining and documenting vital signs; monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition; assisting with transfers and mobility; maintaining a safe and clean resident environment; providing emotional support and companionship; documenting care accurately; assisting nursing staff with resident care needs; adhering to infection control practices and safety standards;

and promoting resident comfort, dignity, and quality of life while working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
