Position: LPN/LVN

Scheduling Details And Charting

• Shift hours/Contract Length: 5x/ 13 weeks.

• Weekend Requirement:
Every Other Weekend

• Charting: EPIC experience required

• RTO, Block & Special Scheduling Requests:
Must submit requests upon submission

• Call off Policy:
The client may cancel (call off) up to three shifts during a 13-week contract period without incurring charges for the canceled hours.

• Holiday Requirement:
Must be available to work every other holiday, if needed

• Accept First-Time Travelers:
Yes

• Locals Accepted? Radius Rule:
Locals accepted for LPN's at $10 less.

• Pending License Accepted:
No, Must have an active New York Single State LPN license. (NY is not Compact)

BLS

Required Clinical Skills

• Nursing Facility/Nursing Home experience is required.
