Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) - Part Time Evenings

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to provide essential care to residents in our facility. This part-time position requires a commitment to maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for our patients while delivering personalized care according to their individual needs.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including hygiene, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Maintain a safe environment by addressing call lights, ensuring cleanliness, and monitoring equipment for safety.
• Support residents' nutritional needs by assisting with meal delivery, preparation, and feeding, respecting their preferences.
• Implement rehabilitative needs as outlined in the care plan including range of motion exercises and assistance with ambulation.
• Report any changes in residents' physical or emotional statuses to the supervising nurse promptly.

• New York State Nursing Assistant Certification is required.
• BLS certification from AHA or RQI is required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or as a CNA is required.

This position requires flexibility to start on Tuesday or Thursday for complete shift orientation. The part-time schedule consists of 24 hours, rotating between two and three shifts.
