• Active NY Registered Nurse (RN) license

• BSN required

• BLS certification

• PALS certification

• Pediatric Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification required

• At least 2 years of recent Oncology RN experience preferred

• Minimum 1 year of Oncology experience may be considered for submission

• Pediatric/adolescent oncology experience

• Blood transfusion experience

• Strong medication administration skills
