We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee resident care in a long-term care setting.
Key Responsibilities Include- Scheduling and assigning nursing staff to meet resident care needs
- Providing compassionate support to residents and their families
- Answering questions and facilitating communication among residents and staff
- Maintaining a safe, clean environment by implementing rules and regulations
- Managing confidential resident information and documentation of care services
- Fostering a cooperative relationship among healthcare team members
- Valid RN license
- Minimum of 3 years of Long-Term Care experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs
- Excellent communication and basic computer skills
