Nurse Manager (RN) – Hemodialysis
Compensation Salary Range: $160,000 – $172,000 per year

Queens County, NY Onsite
As a Nurse Manager (RN) – Hemodialysis, you will provide clinical, operational, and administrative leadership for inpatient and outpatient dialysis services within a large, well-established hospital system serving diverse and underserved populations. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. You will lead interdisciplinary teams, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support optimal patient outcomes across the continuum of dialysis care.
Shift details:
Days (Monday–Friday) Hours per week: 40
Key Duties:
- Provide leadership and oversight for inpatient and outpatient dialysis operations
- Ensure delivery of safe, evidence-based, and patient-centered care
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive dialysis services
- Support staff development, training, performance management, and retention
- Monitor quality metrics, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement initiatives
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to support operational efficiency
- Address patient concerns and promote a positive patient care experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field (preferred)
Required:
Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license
Skills:
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Knowledge of dialysis operations and regulatory requirements (CMS ESRD Conditions for Coverage)
- Ability to manage staffing models, schedules, and performance improvement initiatives
- Proven problem-solving, organizational, and operational management capabilities
