Position OverviewWe are seeking experienced Latin American Registered Nurses to join U.S. hospital systems through an EB-3 employment-based immigration pathway
.
Depending on clinical background and hospital needs, opportunities may be available across a variety of acute-care departments and specialties.
Responsibilities may include:
- Providing safe, compassionate, patient-centered nursing care
- Performing comprehensive patient assessments and monitoring clinical conditions
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Administering medications and treatments in accordance with hospital protocols
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Educating patients and families regarding treatment plans and ongoing care
