We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Regal Heights. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care within our healthcare facility. Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient health needs and develop individualized care plans

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

  • Monitor patient vital signs and condition, and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

  • Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

  • Adhere to healthcare protocols, standards, and safety guidelines

  • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities

Requirements:
  • Valid nursing license in NY state

  • Proven experience as a Staff Nurse or similar role in a healthcare setting

  • Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures and protocols

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently

Preferred Qualifications:
  • NCLEX

  • Certification in a specialized area of nursing (e.g., critical care, oncology, pediatrics)

  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
