Location: Painted Post, NY
Contract Length: 8 Weeks (Extension Possible)
Schedule: 4×8‑hour shifts weekly (Option to pick up a 5th shift)

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract assignment at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Painted Post, New York
. This role offers a consistent schedule, supportive team environment, and the opportunity to extend based on performance and facility needs.

• Provide high‑quality nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans
• Monitor, document, and report changes in resident conditions
• Support RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
• Assist with daily clinical operations and resident care needs

• Active LPN license in New York
• Previous SNF or long‑term care experience preferred
• Strong communication, assessment, and clinical skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and committed to resident‑centered care

• 4×8‑hour shifts weekly
• Option to pick up a 5th shift
