Pay Rate: $52–$53 per hour
Union Plaza Care Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our exceptional nursing team. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding resident care in a supportive skilled nursing environment, we invite you to apply.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional nursing care while ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of residents
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON), Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver high-quality care
- Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff to maintain excellence in resident care
- Administer medications and treatments accurately in accordance with physician orders and facility policies
- Assess resident conditions, monitor changes, and respond promptly to medical needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges while ensuring continuity of care
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and resident-centered environment
- Ensure compliance with all infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York
- Minimum of 2 years of Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
