Option Care Health, Inc. is the nation’s largest home infusion provider. The Westchester PRN Infusion Nurse I role supports care in the home or alternate infusion sites under a physician’s plan of care.
You will initiate and adjust care plans, educate patients and families, and document all activities in real time while collaborating with the clinical team. A current RN license and CPR are required, with 0-2 years in healthcare; travel up to 100% may be required.
