As an RN Registered Nurse
, you will oversee resident care, administer treatments, and ensure the overall well-being of patients. You will collaborate closely with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive environment.
Job Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted RN Registered Nurse license in New York
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Long-term care experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and clinical judgment skills
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed
- Monitor resident health, report changes to physicians and families, and document appropriately
- Perform wound care, tube feedings, and other direct care tasks as needed
- Develop, update, and review resident care plans
- Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Supervise nursing assistants and collaborate with the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Full-time position
- 8 Hours (7AM-3PM, 3PM-11PM and 11PM-7AM)
- On-site at Concourse Rehab & Nursing Center, 1072 Grand Concourse, Bronx, NY 10456
