Samaritan Health is seeking a registered nurse to provide in-home care within the Samaritan Home Health program. The RN will plan, coordinate and document patient care in patients' homes, ensuring safety and quality aligned with NYS licensure and our standards.
Required:
NYS RN license; previous home health experience preferred; BLS; weekend and holiday on-call availability. ACLS preferred. Valid NY driver’s license and auto insurance proof are needed.
