Community Care Physicians is seeking a Full Time LPN for the Latham Urgent Care office. This 30-hour week position runs Monday–Friday, 4:30pm–12:00am, with alternating weekend shifts 10:00am–8:00pm. A recruitment/retention bonus of up to $3,500 is available.
Responsibilities include vaccines, patient documentation, patient flow, specimen collection, lab orders, and clinical procedures under provider direction. Compensation is $26–$33 per hour in a team‑friendly environment.
