Title: Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Location: Manhattan, NY (Off West 48th street)
Salary + Benefits: $145,000 to $150,000 + 1199 Union Benefits + Monday–Friday schedule + no weekends/on‑call
Responsibilities- Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adult patients, primarily those with substance use and addiction‑related conditions.
- Conduct 1‑hour psychiatric evaluations and 30‑minute medication management visits.
- Manage a manageable daily caseload of 6–7 patients to ensure high‑quality clinical care.
- Collaborate closely with a team of three prescribers at the site for coordinated, comprehensive treatment.
- Deliver Medication‑Assisted Treatment (MAT) services in alignment with evidence‑based guidelines.
- Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation using Eclinical Works EMR.
- Provide compassionate, patient‑centered care in a fully on‑site outpatient setting.
- Contribute to a positive clinic culture, continuing the legacy of a long‑standing NP who is retiring.
- Minimum 1 year of PMHNP experience required; 2+ years strongly preferred.
- Experience working with addiction, substance use disorders, or MAT patient populations.
- Comfort working in an outpatient setting with adult patients only.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records; experience with Eclinical Works a plus.
