Nursing Assistant – 5 North
- Med-Surg – P/T
- Evenings at New York-Presbyterian Hospital

• Monitor blood pressure and temperature of patients; ensure delivery of meals and safe transport.
• Provide compassionate patient-focused care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Maintain a safe, clean and healthy environment; assist with basic care duties as required.
• Collaborate with Nurses, Patient Care Partners and other team members to support patient care.

• High School Diploma or GED
• One year in acute care setting preferred or certified long term care Nursing Assistant
• Current CPR Training from the American Heart Association (BLS)
• Previous Nurse’s aide experience in a hospital setting or certification from approved nurse aide training program or currently enrolled in a BSN program (junior year) or completed at least one clinical practicum

Shift: Part-time evenings, 3:00pm – 11:00pm with rotating weekends and holidays

Location:

New York-Presbyterian Westchester Hospital in Bronxville, NY (across from Metro North Station)

Salary: $26.83 per hour
