This role will involve working within a state/government-run Long-Term Care Center, specializing in memory care and skilled nursing. Ideal for those with experience handling Alzheimer's and Dementia patient populations, this assignment offers a slower-paced NOC shift environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Provide high-quality care to Alzheimer's and Dementia patient populations
• Maintain diligent documentation using PCC (Point Click Care)
• Comply with facility protocols and participate in team care approach
• Participate in continuing education and training as required

Requirements of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Current NY State LPN License – NO LICENSE HITS ALLOWED
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• At least 1 year of Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience
