BLS certification (AHA or RQI only)
1 year experience as an LPN
Experience serving in an LPN capacity at a long-term care facility
Provide direct and indirect skilled nursing care to residents.
Collect relevant data regarding residents' physical and psychosocial conditions and communicate findings with the nursing team.
Collaborate with the resident, family, and interdisciplinary team to create and implement care plans.
Monitor and evaluate resident outcomes, recommending care plan revisions as necessary.
Participate in ongoing education and mentorship of staff to maintain competency in nursing practice.
All contracts must run through the holiday season.
Must start full-shift orientation on a Tuesday.
Holiday coverage is required.
