About This Role

The Strong Ties/Adult Partial Float RN Level 2 position is designed for new graduate nurses with less than one year of experience, focusing on direct patient care within the Strong Ties Clinic and Adult Partial Hospitalization Program. This role is ideal for compassionate, team-oriented professionals with strong assessment and communication skills.

• Pay: $37.12 - $50.11/hour
• Location: Henrietta, NY
• Facility: Strong Memorial Hospital
• Schedule: Full-time, Day shift

• Provide primary coverage for the Strong Ties Clinic and Adult Partial Hospitalization Program.
• Process refill requests and manage prior authorizations.
• Conduct health screens and provide in-basket coverage.
• Administer long-acting injectable medications.
• Perform telephone triage and other related duties.
• Support peers in the delivery of patient care services.
• Contribute to unit activities and enhance the care delivery system.

• New graduate nurse with less than one year of experience

• Experience in psychiatric care or outpatient settings preferred

• Current RN License in New York
