Brightview Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Wellness Nurse to support residents' health and well-being in our vibrant senior living community. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, perform assessments, and collaborate with physicians, families, and care teams to support independent living, assisted living, and memory care residents. You will monitor changes in condition, update care plans, educate residents and families, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care and health monitoring for residents in independent living, assisted living, and memory care
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and community policies
- Conduct ongoing resident assessments and document changes in condition promptly and accurately
- Update and coordinate individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary care team
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers regarding care and progress
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, clinical standards, and community protocols
- Educate residents and families on wellness, disease management, and health promotion
- Support a resident-first, hospitality-focused environment that promotes dignity and independence
- Respond to emergencies and perform triage, follow-up, and documentation as needed
- Mentor and support caregiving staff, reinforcing best practices and safety procedures
