Evening LPN

Brightview Senior Living is seeking an Evening LPN to deliver compassionate care to residents in our assisted living and memory care community. In this resident-first role, you'll administer medications and treatments, monitor health changes, and ensure accurate documentation while working closely with a supportive, team-oriented staff. You'll respond to resident needs and emergencies, uphold safety and infection control standards, and partner with families and care teams to promote dignity, comfort, and vibrant daily experiences for seniors.

Responsibilities

• Provide evening nursing care for residents in assisted living and memory care settings
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and community protocols
• Monitor resident health status, document changes, and communicate with care teams and families
• Support care planning and coordinate with nurses, caregivers, and other team members
• Respond promptly to resident needs, emergencies, and safety concerns
• Educate residents and families on care plans, medications, and wellness
• Ensure regulatory, infection control, and documentation compliance
• Mentor and support care associates to maintain high-quality, compassionate service
