Location: New York
New York Community Care is seeking an experienced bilingual Spanish Coordination Supervisor to be a trailblazer to grow our CHHA and Private Pay Division. As Coordination Supervisor, you will play an integral role in the day-to-day functions of the coordination department being responsible to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of a team of coordinators. This role offers potential Growth and Career advancement.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Home Health Care Coordination Supervisor experience.
- Proficient in HHA Exchange
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees, patients, and their families
- Experience in CHHA Operations
- 1+ years of Home Health Care Coordination Supervisor experience
- Ability to problem solve and multitask
- Ability to perform various computer functions for information concerning a patient and aide scheduling and coordination, assisting with communication between departments and overall office operations
- Proficient in customer service and satisfaction
This position offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Salary: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
