Educate colleagues and Ivy League students, and engage in our Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Council that works to improve workflow, patient experience, employee satisfaction, timeliness, quality and safety for patients and staff. The Infant Cardiac ICU is globally the first and only Neonatal Intensive Care Unit dedicated to the care of newborns and young infants with congenital heart disease (CHD) from birth, to when they go for their surgery, up to their discharge.

Fifty years since creating the APGAR score for newborn evaluation, NYP is among the nation’s best for neonatal care, and a Regional Perinatal Network hub. We care for the tiniest, most critically ill patients - relying on our dedicated nurses' expertise. Preferred Criteria
  • At least one year of NICU NP experience
  • Neonatal or Pediatric cardiac ICU experience
  • PNP with 2+ years of NICU experience
  • PALS certification
Required Criteria
  • Certification as a Neonatal or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
  • At least 1 year of NICU RN experience
  • Master's Degree in Nursing
  • Current New York State RN and NP license
  • BCLS and NRP certification

Salary Range: $165,809-$177,134/Annual

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP. NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.
