U.S. Renal Care in New York is seeking a licensed practical nurse or licensed vocational nurse to join our dialysis team. You will provide direct patient care, obtain blood samples, review medication profiles, and ensure accurate documentation under the supervision of a Charge Nurse.
The role requires current LPN/LVN licensure, CPR within 90 days, and willingness to complete USRC training within 8 weeks. Prior dialysis experience is preferred and helpful in meeting state requirements.
