About This Role
The Registered Nurse - RN in Pediatrics/PICU at New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital provides critical care and support to pediatric patients, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital - Schedule:
Full-time, Night shift (7:30PM - 8:00AM)
- Independently assess pediatric conditions and arrange multidisciplinary care.
- Collaborate with paramedics, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Utilize advanced techniques such as induced hypothermia and digital radiology.
- Provide comfort and support to families during critical moments.
- Participate in shared clinical decision-making and leadership initiatives.
- Rotate weekends and holidays as part of the night shift schedule.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
Experience:
- At least 1 year of acute care RN experience in Pediatrics strongly preferred
Licenses &
Certifications:
- Current New York State RN license
- BLS and PALS certification from the American Heart Association
