• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing:
  Required
• Master's Degree in Nursing:
  Preferred upon hire, required within 5 years for Nurse Manager role

• Minimum 3 years of experience in nursing

• Current NYS Registered Professional Nurse License
• Current BLS Certification - American Heart Association
• Certification in area of specialty and/or Nursing Administration (NE/NEA) to be obtained within 2 years
