About This Role

The Perioperative Services Clinical Manager - RN in the Endoscopy Suite will oversee patient care delivery, manage daily operations, and ensure compliance with established standards. This role is ideal for experienced nursing professionals looking to lead in a fast-paced environment.

• Pay: $145,000-$168,000/Annual
• Location: New York, NY
• Facility: New York-Presbyterian/Columbia University Irving Medical Center
• Schedule: Full-Time, Mid-Shift (12PM-8PM)

• Manage patient care delivery in the Endoscopy suites.
• Serve as a clinical resource and administrator in the absence of unit leaders.
• Facilitate efficient daily operations related to patient throughput.
• Promote a culture of safety and quality by ensuring compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing on unit goals and alignment with hospital strategy.
• Monitor staff for compliance with regulatory and hospital requirements.

• Education: Bachelor's of Science Degree in Nursing required
• Experience: Minimum of two years clinical experience required
