Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced ADON Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team. As a sub-acute and long-term care facility, we provide the highest quality care within a safe and comfortable environment. • Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and evaluating the overall nursing services and operations of the facility

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents

• Monitor and maintain quality care standards, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as corporate policies and procedures

• Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment

• Develop and manage budgets, including staffing, supplies, and equipment

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records and reports

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a long-term care or sub-acute setting

• Current RN Registered Nurse license in New York State
