Job Description:
Luxor Nursing and Rehabilitation at Mills Pond is a state-of-the-art facility providing long term and short term stay is actively seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to workat our Skilled Nursing Facility in St. James, NY.
- Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
- Medication Administration, including IVs.
- Taking and recording vital signs.
- Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
- Provide resident and family education;
- Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
- Supervising CNAs
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Current License-LPN
Salary: up to $40/hour
