In this Family Nurse Practitioner position, reporting typically flows to the Director of Advanced Practice or inpatient nursing leadership with close collaboration alongside hospitalists, specialists, and case management; the FNP will perform admissions, rounding, cross-coverage, discharges, rapid evaluations, diagnostics and procedures per scope, and patient-family education, all supported by protocols, order sets, real-time analytics, pharmacist and PT/OT integration, friendly nurses, and a diverse interprofessional team that values respect, learning, and shared improvement.
