Job Description:
This position requires a minimum of two years of experience in a Level III Trauma Center or Primary Stroke Center. Candidates should have experience in both adult and pediatric emergency departments, with specific skills in managing dysrhythmias, patient with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure, and various trauma cases. Certifications required include ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, and TNCC. Preferred skills include CPI and TCAR.
The shift is from 1900 to 0700 nights with every other weekend requirement. Patient ratio experience required is 1:5. The unit systems include EPIC, Pyxis, and SBAR. Unit orientation is 24 hours.
