Infusion Nurse specializing in Oncology in a central office setting. This role involves developing, coordinating, and delivering evidence-based educational programs and competency validation for oncology nursing staff. The nurse will collaborate with clinical leaders and interdisciplinary teams to support orientation, professional development, and continuing education, while ensuring compliance with oncology-specific regulatory and accreditation standards. The position requires travel to designated facilities and adherence to chemotherapy and immunotherapy certification requirements.

• Schedule:
  
  Monday through Friday, with dayshift hours, requiring 7.5 hours per shift and a minimum of 37.5 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications:
  
  New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License, Primary Source Verification, American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS), current Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) and Oncology Nursing Certification (ONCC) in Chemotherapy & Immunotherapy, two years of medical/surgical chemotherapy infusion experience, IV insertion and phlebotomy skills, chemotherapy certification, and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  Experience in oncology nursing, preceptor experience, ability to work independently in a central office setting, and excellent instructional skills.
• Additional Information:
  Chemotherapy certification is required. The role is based at a central office, not at a cancer treatment facility. Travel will be required to various healthcare facilities as discussed during the interview process. The position involves monitoring compliance with organizational standards and supporting ongoing staff education initiatives.
