Qualifications & Skills: Active NYS license and registration as a PA or NP. For PAs:
Bachelor's degree, certification by NCCPA, at least one year of ambulatory care experience, and CPR certification. For NPs:
Graduation from an acceptable NP program, certification by AANPCB or ANCC, pharmacology coursework, three years nursing experience (preferred), one year NP experience, and CPR certification.
Key Duties: Deliver outpatient urological services, develop procedural competency, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and utilize modern technology to improve patient outcomes. The role offers a flexible four-day workweek, competitive salary starting at $125,000, and comprehensive benefits.
