Join our team as a Clinical Nurse in Pediatric Services. We're looking for a dynamic nursing professional eager to showcase compassionate, evidence-based nursing care skills and make a meaningful impact in our MSK Main Campus. The PICU is a specialized 5-bed unit located on the Pediatrics floor, dedicated to caring for patients who require close observation or more intensive support. You will join a team of highly skilled nurses who work collaboratively with pediatric critical care intensivists, fellows, and nurse practitioners to provide exceptional, patient-centered care

• Implement the nursing process for medical and surgical pediatric patients requiring intensive monitoring and nursing interventions in our 5 bed PICU

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to facilitate continuity of care

• Provide patient-centered care to our patients

• Current NYS RN license

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN required)

• BCLS Required

• A minimum of 1.5 years RN experience required

• PICU and/or Pediatric oncology experience highly preferred

• A good decision-maker, with shown success at making timely decisions that maintain high standards of nursing care within the organization.

• An effective communicator.
