Location: Massena Springs
Massena Rehabilitation and Nursing Center seeks an experienced nursing supervisor to oversee daily RN staff and ensure high-quality resident care. You will supervise nursing shifts, monitor performance, and coordinate with the Director of Nursing to maintain policy compliance and patient safety.
You will lead investigations, conduct staff evaluations, and ensure documentation accuracy while maintaining an environment of confidentiality and dignity for residents.
