Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) / Nurse Educator / Risk Manager
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Schedule: Full-Time
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year
Ditmas Park Nursing & Rehab is seeking an experienced ADON / Nurse Educator / Risk Manager to join our leadership team. This role combines clinical leadership, staff education, and risk management to ensure the highest quality of resident care.
Responsibilities- Assist the DON with daily nursing operations
- Lead staff education, orientation, and competency training
- Oversee incident investigations and risk management
- Support Quality Assurance and survey readiness
- Mentor nursing staff and ensure regulatory compliance
- Active NYS RN License
- Skilled Nursing Facility experience required
- Background in Nurse Education and Risk Management required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- $120,000–$160,000 per year
