About This Role
Join New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital as a Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery, where you will provide compassionate care for mothers and babies during all phases of ante- through post-partum care. This full-time night shift position is ideal for experienced nurses looking to enhance their careers in a supportive environment.
Highlights- Pay: $118,134-$155,787/Annual
- Location: Brooklyn, NY
- Facility: New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital
- Schedule: Full-time, Night shift (7:30PM-8:00AM)
- Lead the charge in improving the patient care experience.
- Provide evidence-based nursing care in Labor and Delivery.
- Support mothers and babies through ante- and postpartum care.
- Utilize expert nursing skills and resources for successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with a team of educators, researchers, and innovators.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
- Registered Nurse experience in Labor and Delivery strongly preferred
Certifications:
- Current New York State RN license
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) from American Academy of Pediatrics
- BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
- Inpatient Obstetric Nursing (RNC-OB) certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) certification preferred
