About This Role
The Clinical Nurse I - RN in the Neuroscience ICU at New York-Presbyterian provides expert evidence-based care to patients with severe brain injuries, strokes, or brain tumors. This role is ideal for compassionate nursing professionals seeking to thrive in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment.

Full-Time, Night shift
- Assist with delicate procedures such as inserting central lines and pulmonary artery catheters.
- Support physicians with bedside procedures, including inserting drains in patients' skulls to reduce pressure.
- Deliver expert evidence-based care to patients in the Neuroscience ICU.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.
- Participate in shared clinical decision-making and flexible scheduling.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required
- 2+ years of acute care experience in a hospital setting preferred
- Current New York State RN license required
- BCLS certification required
