Location: Terryville
Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Port Jefferson, NY, with 1+ year acute care experience and active NY license.
Schedule:
Tue–Sat, 1:00 PM–6:00 PM. Pay: $40.00 per hour. Client needs include straight catheter care and skilled nursing services.
Per diem role with weekly direct deposit, sign-on and referral bonuses, and streamlined onboarding. Must have BLS and be eligible to work in the U.S.; driver’s license preferred.
